Yoga classes are between 1-1.5 hours, except Lunch Express, which is 45 minutes.  Sorry, but Lunch Express pass is only good for Lunch Express classes.  


Yoga for Weight Loss - Monday 10:00-11:00 a.m.

Great for beginners, anyone who feels out of shape, yogis at heart or long-time yogis!  Karin will guide and encourage you into a yoga practice geared toward your weight loss goal and a fitter you!

Light on Yoga - Monday 6:00-7:00 p.m.

Vinyasa flow practice that will allow you to explore your energy, but leave you feeling relaxed and focused.  Laurel will announce special classes that include light features and Glowga!

Lunch Express Yoga - Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 12:00-12:45 p.m.

Yoga on the Go!  Great for your lunch break if you are coming from work, or for anyone who wants to squeeze in an extra Yoga class.

Core Flow Yoga - Tuesday 6:00-7:00 p.m.

This flow-based class will incorporate bhandas and breath with core movements designed to strengthen and tone, inside and out.

Integrative Yoga - Wednesday 6:00-7:00 a.m.

Get ready for a unique combination of yin yoga stretching and vinyasa flow yoga!  Great way to start the day.  Bring your gym bag and freshen up before heading into your day.

Yin to Rise Yoga - Wednesday 9:00-10:15 a.m.

This practice begins with gentle flowing yoga and winds down into blissful yin yoga postures.

Healing Yoga - Wednesday 6:00-7:30 p.m.

This soothing class incorporates yin yoga and other healing modalities of yoga to create a nurturing environment in which to rest, restore, rejuvenate and heal.

Mindful Movement Yoga - Thursday 6:30-7:45 p.m.

In this class, we revitalize our bodies through a gentle, yet strength-building meditative flow using the power of our breath to work, then stretch various muscle groups.  Transitioning into restorative poses, fully supported with props that allow our bodies to relax and heal.  Completing the practice with a longer savasana with guided meditation.

All Levels Flow Yoga - Thursday 8:00-9:00 a.m.; Friday 9:30-10:30 a.m.

This class is for all yogis - flow yoga transitions poses in a practice that is like a "moving meditation!"  Leave feeling refreshed and relaxed!

Friday Nite Yoga! - Friday 6-7 p.m.

Start your weekend with a flow class and still hit the town while the night is young!  This class will be a little different every week as guest teachers rotate.  Yoga a la carte!

Mixed Level Yoga - Saturday 9:00-10:00 a.m.

Suitable for ANY level of yoga practitioner . . . seriously.  Mixed classes are designed for beginners and experienced yogis to feel equally at home.  Flow style practice, not too slow and not too powered up.

Beginning & Up Yoga - Thursday 8:00-9:00 a.m.  

Yummy flow yoga, connecting breath and movement.

Hatha (Vinyasa) Yoga - Sunday 9:00-10:00 a.m. 

"Hatha" is a reference to sun, "ha," and moon ",tha."  In this class you will experience a well-balanced vinyasa practice - you will also experience a different teacher interpretation every week as our inspirational teachers rotate to bring you their form of "sun" and "moon!"

Sunday Bliss Yoga - Sunday 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Experience different modalities each week including music, gentle yoga, yin, sound bath, meditation, chant, restorative poses and always a longer savasana!  True Bliss!
