Weekly on Thursday
Yoga in the form of mindful movement. Particular attention paid in this class to mindfully moving, noticing alignment and foundation. Starting with a semi-active series and spending extra time on the mat with mindful stretches and meditative focus. Ending with a longer savasana and guided meditation.
